Refund Policy

This policy applies to the $3.99 USD Personalized Attachment Relationship Report sold by Attachment Styles Team. The report is a personalized digital product and no physical goods are shipped.

Before report generation begins

If payment has completed but report generation has not started, you may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After digital delivery

Because the report is personalized and made available immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once generation or delivery has begun, except where required by law or in the cases below.

When we will provide a refund

• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• The report could not be generated or delivered because of our service.
• The delivered report is materially incomplete or technically unusable.
• The payment was unauthorized, subject to PayPal's investigation.
• Applicable consumer law gives you an additional right to a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@attachmentstyles.io within 30 days of the transaction. Include the email used at checkout, the PayPal transaction or order ID, the purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We normally respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; PayPal and your financial institution control final posting time.
